My philosophy of teaching rests on the grounds of my beleifs, interests and my passion for teaching America’s future youth. Having the opportunity to teach is a gift, not a job. In this outline of my philosophy of teaching, I have taken the ten Minnesota Standards of Effective Practice and applied my philosophy of teaching to them to explain each standard. The standard itself is in bold type and then underneath that I explain my thoughts and the impact it has on my teaching.
